You will need Whosfan app (and/or Mwave app) to prevote for Ateez on M COUNTDOWN. You can also use Whosfan app to register your MMT albums, check Ateez rank on Hanteo chart, read articles about Ateez to give them in-app points, watch exclusive video content, and participate in various polls/contests, of which the rewards are usually Korean subway/digital ads.

ABOUT CREDITS / STAR CHART POINTS
You need to collect Credits and Star Chart Points to use this app to its full potential. See the chart for ways to collect. You need Credits to exchange for Whosfan Voting Tickets in order to vote for Ateez on the Vote & Events page. Start Chart points go towards Ateez's overall rank on the Whosfan app.
ABOUT WHOSFAN VOTING TICKETS
You can exchange Credits for Whosfan Voting Tickets on the Store page. You need Whosfan Voting Tickets to vote for Ateez on the Vote & Events page. Voting Tickets expire 1 month from the date of exchange, so be sure to make use of them.
ABOUT M COUNTDOWN VOTING TICKET
During the Prevote, you can get 1 GLOBAL PRE-VOTING TICKET per day from the Store page. Make sure to claim the ticket and use it during the prevote period. This ticket is only available to global users outside of Korea and expires after the prevote period ends.
HOW TO PREVOTE
WHOSFAN M COUNTDOWN GLOBAL PREVOTE
Prevoting Period: Friday 2pm KST - Monday 9am KST
If Ateez is up for M COUNTDOWN prevote, it will be done on the Vote & Events page. I suggest following some update accounts because they will notify you when & how to vote. Make sure to claim and use your free "Global Pre-Voting Ticket" from the Store page during the prevote period (you get 1 per day). Prevote is worth 10% of the criteria so please be sure to vote.
ALBUM AUTHENTICATION FOR MY MUSIC TASTE ORDERS
If you buy albums through My Music Taste, you need to manually authenticate them using the slips that come with the albums in order for the sales to count on K-Charts. You will need to download Whosfan App to do the authentication. See video for instructions:
