HOW TO HELP ATEEZ ALONG THEIR JOURNEY
BUYING ALBUMS
Music shows use physical album sales as part of the judging criteria, usually worth 5-15% or combined with Digitals for 50-60%.
Make sure to buy from sites that are HANTEO CERTIFIED so that the sales will count towards K-Charts (Hanteo & Gaon).
REGARDING ORDERING FROM MY MUSIC TASTE
Although MMT albums come with exclusive photocards, it's highly recommended to order from other sites first because MMT often ships weeks after the actual album release date and we've had questionably low 1st day sales when many people were preordering from MMT. 1ST DAY/WEEK ALBUM SALES ARE VERY IMPORTANT for Ateez, we need those sales to reflect on the K-charts. There are different advantages to ordering from other sites, for example KTown4u ships more timely, Choice Music sales count towards Hanteo, Gaon, AND Billboard charts. So if you were planning to order from MMT please consider purchasing from other sites first and order from MMT after the 1st week of album release to better benefit our 1st day/week sales.
ALBUM AUTHENTICATION FOR MY MUSIC TASTE ORDERS
If you buy albums through My Music Taste, they DO automatically count towards Hanteo/Gaon charts, BUT they also have a "Global Chart" -- You need to manually authenticate them using the slips that come with the albums in order for the sales to count to their Global Chart. You will need to download Whosfan App to do the authentication. See video for instructions:
